Problem Areas

Bat Wings
I don't know a single person who doesn't wish to improve at least one area of his or her body. For me, it has always been my arms. They've always been big, and once I stopped swimming (after high school) they got really flabby... like grandma's hugs flabby. They have definitely gotten smaller with my weight loss, but I've really been working on toning them. You will likely see a lot of arm workouts in this blog!

The Workout
I have a 9lb. medicine ball that I use to do 5 sets of the following:
20x Biceps Curl
20x Shoulder Press
20x Triceps Extension
Of course, I'm still a bit sore from the accident, especially in my neck and shoulder, so I mixed in a lot of stretching. The whole thing took about 40 minutes.

Looking Forward
I missed a six mile long run this weekend beacause of the accident. I'll definitely need to pick up my running this week, but I've also had a bit of heal pain the day after my long runs, so I'm going to try to mix up the cardio. Wish me luck!

Happy training,
Kellee
